One of our dynamic international law firm clients is seeking mid-level and senior Capital Markets Associate for its New York City office. The group regularly leads the country across the board in all types of transactions, including IPOs, direct listings, spin-offs, secondary and follow-on stock offerings, high-yield debt, etc. Unlike most of its peers, this is not a firm in which Partnership is reserved only for homegrown associates. Rather, the firm has a very strong track record of promoting lateral associates to equity partnership.


Experience Requirements:

  • 2-7 years years of Capital Markets experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar
