Long Point Digital is seeking a results-oriented Digital Ad’s Specialist to join our Grand Junction team. This is a local, in-office position for a marketing professional who has a passion for driving measurable ROI for clients. You will manage the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns. You will bridge the gap between data analysis and creative strategy, ensuring our clients’ budgets are utilized for maximum impact.
While previous experience in digital ads is highly valuable, we are willing to hire and train the right person with no experience if they demonstrate the core skills, technical aptitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve client goals.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources (customer data, marketing platforms, web analytics) to identify high-value opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Budget & Keyword Control: Manage keyword portfolios and strictly control monthly spending to align with client goals.
- Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages, analyzing key metrics to drive performance.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Communication: Clearly present strategies and results to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
- Technical Stack: Demonstrable ability to learn new software and tools quickly. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, or similar platforms is a plus.
- CMS Skills: Experience using WordPress or other content management systems.
- Passion & Motivation: A strong desire to stay ahead of the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and analytical tools. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or collaborate with a team.
