Long Lewis is looking for a strong, driven, and detail-oriented Service Administrative Clerk to support our fast-paced Service Department. This individual will accurately handle customer payment transactions upon completion of service repairs while ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
The Service Administrative Clerk provides essential administrative support to the Service Departments, including:

Serving as the department Cashier

Assisting Service Advisors with documentation, repair order processing, and daily workflow

Offering support to the Parts Department when needed
This role requires consistent use of dealership software to record repair orders and maintain customer data, including service history, parts purchases, and contact information. The Clerk is also responsible for scanning, organizing, and uploading all necessary documents, such as deal jackets, repair orders, and other service-related paperwork, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
We are seeking someone who is proactive, dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

A high school diploma or GED (required)

Previous retail and/or customer service experience, including money handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with internet-based applications and comfort learning dealership software

A pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor with an exceptional customer service focus
