Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand and present vehicle features, accessories, pricing, and financing options

Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database (CRM)

Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets

Stay current on inventory, industry trends, and dealership promotions

Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Willingness to learn and follow dealership sales processes

Qualifications
