What the Job Entails
As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with parts inquiries and purchases, ensuring they receive the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Locating and sourcing parts from inventory, vendors, dealerships, or online suppliers.
- Processing orders and arranging customer pickups or deliveries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Collaborating with the service department to ensure technicians have the necessary parts for repairs.
- Providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Proficient with computers and phone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation
- Starting at $15 per hour
