In this role, you will provide valuable support to our Sales Consultants, helping keep the sales process running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and day-to-day dealership operations.
While previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
- Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
- Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
- Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
