What You’ll Be Doing
- Restore vehicle frames and body panels to pre-accident condition — no shortcuts
- Sand, prime, prep, and paint to perfection — we match finish AND color
- Use modern frame machines, spray booths, and OEM-calibrated tools
- Handle rust removal, corrosion repair, and flawless refinishing
- Work closely with estimators and teammates to keep jobs flowing smoothly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful work environment

What You Bring To The Table
- 1 year of professional collision repair experience
- I-CAR certification (or actively working toward it — ProLevel 3 is a big plus!)
- Strong skills in frame repair, body work, prep, and paint
- Pride in quality work and attention to every detail
- A team-focused, can-do attitude — no egos, no drama
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
