Job Details
Description
Long Lewis is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Coordinator.
The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is the primary communication link for all facility repair and maintenance needs across our dealership locations. This is not a hands-on maintenance role—it’s a coordination and communication role focused on efficiently managing the flow of information, scheduling the right resources, and ensuring a smooth and transparent repair process.

You will monitor progress, manage timelines, support basic expense tracking, and set clear expectations with all parties involved.
A key responsibility of this role is obtaining timely, accurate quotes for requested repairs and submitting them for approval without delay. You will also be accountable for ensuring all completed work is billed and invoiced promptly and that payments are tracked and received in a timely manner.
Starting salary for this job is $40,000-70,000 based on prior experience!
