Fixed Operations Support Staff
Position Summary
Be a key part of the team that keeps our dealership moving! As a dependable and upbeat Fixed Operations Support Staff member, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming customer experience and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of our service-related departments. From assisting guests to helping with vehicle transportation and daily department needs, every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery.
Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.
Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping.
Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions.
Contribute to a team-focused environment where reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to help are valued.
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and eager to step in wherever support is needed.
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working as part of a team and interacting with customers throughout the day.
General maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Pay: $14 per hour
