In today's automotive industry, connecting with customers goes beyond the showroom. Our Sales Consultants have the opportunity to use social media to build their personal brand, showcase inventory, and generate new business while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery.
What You'll Do
Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
Learn each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle and financing options.
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Create engaging social media content to showcase inventory, customer deliveries, and dealership events.
Use social media platforms to build your network and generate sales opportunities.
Stay current on product knowledge, vehicle features, and manufacturer incentives.
Meet individual sales goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for helping customers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Comfort using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing experience is preferred.
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide training.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
