Position Requirements
- Ability to operate a 24’ box truck (driver position only)
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Follow daily direction from the Crew Manager with attention and focus
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment (approximately 90 lbs., individually)
- Regularly and repetitively bend, carry, climb, grasp, kneel, lift, pull, reach, sit, stand, twist, and walk—often at distances away from the truck
- Work in outdoor conditions, including heat and non-air-conditioned environments
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with colleagues and clients
- Arrive promptly for a 7:30 a.m. start time
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Weekend availability is a plus (optional)
