Overview:
The parent company of the Long Island Rough Riders soccer franchise (Globall Concepts) is seeking a girls academy director.
Academy (GA) Director:
to lead our elite-level girls' program. The GA Director will oversee the strategic direction, daily operations, and player development within the Girls Academy (U13–U19), working closely with coaches, players, families, and club leadership to ensure a high-performance, player-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Girls Academy program in alignment with Long Island Rough Riders mission and the Girls Academy League standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Girls Academy League and ensure full compliance with all league requirements.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-quality coaching staff; lead seasonal evaluations and ongoing coach education.
- Oversee talent identification, player recruitment, and retention strategies to build and maintain competitive rosters.
- Design and implement a year-round training curriculum and individual player development plans.
- Support players in their college recruitment process, including outreach, guidance, and showcase preparation.
- Plan and coordinate all league play, tournaments, and team travel logistics.
- Communicate regularly with families to foster strong relationships and provide feedback and education.
- Collaborate with club leadership to strengthen the girls' pathway and support program growth across all levels.
- Significant experience coaching elite-level female youth players, ideally within the Girls Academy, ECNL, or comparable leagues.
- USSF B License required; A License or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership, player development, and coach management.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. youth soccer landscape, college recruitment, and long-term athlete development.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
