Role Description
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), leading to an immediate full-time, as schedule allows, for a Podiatrist (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine). The candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of foot and ankle conditions. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing conservative care, and educating patients about preventative care. Collaboration with the medical team to maintain the highest standards of patient care will also be an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in general Podiatry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Biomechanics and Orthotics
- Ability to assess and manage foot and ankle conditions related to Diabetes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient-centered care
- Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine and a valid state licensure to practice
- Experience in conservative treatment methods is preferred
