Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized School Administrator (part-time and full-time positions available) to support the daily operations of our ESL and Music/Art Departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), excellent communication abilities, and preferably a background in sales or marketing. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, highly organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. As a key team member, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for students of all ages and skill levels while managing essential administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and student enrollment
- Recruit students
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, instructors, and visitors
- Manage registration, billing, and payment tracking to maintain accurate records
- Oversee facility operations, including classroom setup and maintenance requests
- Support instructors with scheduling, materials, and communication needs
- Maintain student records, attendance, and administrative documentation
- Promote events, recitals, workshops, and community programs
