- Proven ability to plan schedules, manage resources and materials, and maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to provide clear direction, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to identify and address on-site issues, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project conditions.
- Comfort working in an outdoor, on-site environment with regular physical activity, including walking, standing, and inspecting work areas.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project documentation software) to track progress and report status.
- Previous superintendent or foreperson experience in concrete or construction and a valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
