Responsibilities
- Assist with basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel alignment, and surface preparation
- Learn to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers and welding machines
- Support the team with vehicle disassembly and reassembly during repair processes
- Help with auto glass replacement and auto painting tasks under supervision
- Participate in vehicle detailing to ensure a high-quality finish for customer satisfaction
- Gain experience in sheet metal work, fabrication, and auto restoration projects
- Follow safety protocols during all procedures involving heavy lifting, welding, or use of hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety
- Develop knowledge of automotive systems through on-the-job training in mechanical repair and vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines and uphold quality standards
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about starting a career in automotive repair or auto body work with a strong desire to learn new skills
- Previous dealership experience or hands-on work with hand tools is a plus but not required
