As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners to evaluate water quality concerns, conduct water testing, and recommend customized water treatment solutions. Success in this role comes from building trust, educating customers, and confidently guiding homeowners to purchase solutions that improve the quality of their water and everyday lives.
What You'll Do
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate water quality concerns and perform water testing.
• Conduct in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Recommend customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs and household water conditions.
• Build trust-based relationships that lead to sales and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and proactively generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of water treatment products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Represent Reynolds Water Conditioning at home shows, community events, trade shows, Chamber of Commerce events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and grow business.
What We're Looking For
• Previous sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train a motivated individual

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation for travel to customer appointments.

- Walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Climb stairs as necessary during in-home consultations.
- Lift and carry demonstration materials and equipment as needed.
