What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and customer accounts.
- Make outbound calls to incoming leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, office staff, and management.
- Listen to customer questions, concerns, and complaints and respond with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Direct customer issues to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Keep customer information and records current and accurate.
- Assist with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an on-site office position based in our Westminster, MD location.
The position requires:
- Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequent use of a telephone, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the office as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies, packages, or materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive computer and data-entry tasks.
