This position requires you to be able to commute to anywhere in Nassau County where the work is located.
We are seeking a Home Health Aide HHA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine home care to patients at their homes. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned business that has been serving the community for over 30 years.
We are open to full-time and part-time applicants!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Qualifications:
- Must have a current HHA or PCA certificate (State of New York)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
