Service Technician - Bath Renovation

Long Home is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our Bath Installation team. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy solving problems in the field, and know your way around carpentry tools like a craftsman who respects the grain, we want to talk to you.

This role is critical to delivering the five-star experience our customers expect. You’ll handle service calls, adjustments, repairs, and final touch-ups on bath renovation projects to ensure every install meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform service work on bath installation projects

• Diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally

• Complete trim work, finish carpentry, and adjustments as needed

• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding service visits

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have carpentry experience

• MUST have hands-on experience with bath installations

• Strong understanding of finish work and remodeling best practices

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field

• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
