What You’ll Do —
- Design digital, print and other types of marketing materials.
- Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
- Conduct market research to design for different target audiences.
- Brainstorm & contribute ideas in the initial stages of project development.
- Take directions from Creative Director
- Create mood boards & pitches to solidify a unified direction for projects.
- Create pitches to accompany their work (drafts & finals).
- Be a proactive partner anticipating ministry needs & exceeding expectations.
- Adhere to project deadlines.
- Communicate clearly internally with the design & strategy teams and externally with ministry partners.
Skills Needed to Succeed —
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, or the equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to take an overarching design brand and adapt it into multiple digital and print assets.
- Ability to create entire design brand from ideation to finalization into all forms of digital / print media.
- Attention to detail.
- Layout / hierarchy skills.

- Flexibility and can manage constructive criticism.
- Deadline-oriented.
- Time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
