CDL-A Truck Driver - Regional - Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $2,000 - $3,000 per week

We are hiring professional, experienced and responsible CDL-A Drivers for Regional loads. You will work with Dry-Van trailers only.

• Operating areas: regional routes across East Coast up to 500 miles per run
• Work Schedule: 12 days on the road - 2 days off home-time
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• No-Touch freight

We offer Minimum Pay Program to help alleviate weekly pay fluctuations.

We offer Unlimited Additional Earnings after meeting a mileage threshold.

Paid Orientation and Training.

Compensation Options:

• Option 1 - up to 30% of the gross load revenue with anticipated weekly gross $9,000. Exact % is scaled to your experience level and driving history. Top-tier, highly experienced drivers with clean MVRs are eligible for higher starting rates.
• Option 2 - to protect you from freight market slows you may opt to go with a predictable and guaranteed flat rate of up to $2,500 per week.
• Option 3 - you may also choose 85 cents per mile with both empty (deadhead) and loaded miles paid without exception.

Premium equipment & maintenance

• Tractors: 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadias and Volvos (all automatic)
• Trailers: 2025–2026 Dry Vans
• Maintenance: All assets are meticulously serviced in-house at our dedicated shops, ensuring maximum uptime and safety.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and Medical Card
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• No more than 2 chargeable/preventable accidents in last 3 years
• No serious offenses in the previous 5 years or pattern of unsafe driving
