Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA, & Raleigh, NC for an Insurance Producer. The Insurance Producer will engage in selling various insurance products, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, consulting with clients to determine their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and customizing insurance programs. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of industry trends and contributing to team-driven sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and a thorough understanding of insurance policies and practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to create tailored solutions for diverse client requirements
- Proficiency in building long-term client relationships and managing a portfolio
- State-required insurance licensing or ability to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
