Commercial Construction Superintendent

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Attend on-site progress meeting as lead representative for Long Fence
• Dispatch installation crews
• Site visits and inspections
• Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of commercial construction industry experience
• Construction software and computer skill experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation:

• The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour
• The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour
