Job Summary
Meg O' Malley's is seeking fun, dedicated, dependable and high-energy individuals to join our team as Grill Cooks! Our kitchen exists to ensure our Guests receive the best quality of food during their visit. The grill cooks here are responsible for cooking various proteins to specific temperatures, as well as grilled sandwiches. They are responsible for preparing and executing our recipes in a timely manner to guarantee an exceptional Guest experience
The Job:
Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
Cook proteins to various temperatures accurately and in a timely manner
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
Communicate ticket times to Team members and management when needed
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards

Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!
