Primary Responsibilities:
- Clinical history taking and documentation
- Assisting the veterinarian during examinations and procedures
- Safe and effective patient restraint
- Client communication and education
- Participation in multiple facets of daily clinical operations
- Surgery assistant, anesthetic monitoring and recovery
Position Requirements:
- Prior veterinary technician experience required
- Availability for evening shifts and Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Restraint and phlebotomy experience preferred
We will consider candidates new to the field that have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Nights and weekends are mandatory. Compensation based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
