Long Beach Auto Auction is looking for a motivated Maintenance Worker to help keep our facility operating at its best. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Repair and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with facility improvement projects
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Support daily auction operations as needed
- Ensure auction lanes, parking areas, and common spaces are well-maintained
- Identify and report maintenance and safety concerns
What We're Looking For:
- Maintenance, construction, or facility upkeep experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
