Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level oversight of all data center electrical construction projects nationwide.
- Develop and implement construction strategies, processes, and best practices to support large-scale and repeatable data center builds.
- Partner with executive leadership to align construction operations with company growth objectives.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to pursuit strategies, client presentations, and preconstruction planning.
- Oversee project teams including Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership.
- Ensure consistent execution of mission-critical electrical scopes including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, grounding, and low-voltage infrastructure.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, manpower planning, procurement, and risk mitigation across all projects.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for safety, quality, reliability, and performance.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for data center construction operations.
- Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, change management strategies, and cost controls.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, labor availability, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and margin performance.
- Champion a strong safety culture with zero-incident objectives across all projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement quality control standards and commissioning readiness processes for mission-critical facilities.
- Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive operational excellence.
- Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center clients.
- Strong background with fast-track and design-build delivery methods.
- Familiarity with BIM, VDC, and modern construction technology platforms.
- PMP, PE, or equivalent professional certifications.

- 10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with significant focus on data center or mission-critical projects.

- Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems, commissioning processes, and mission-critical standards.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and operational teams at a senior level.
