LoneTree is hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale the revenue organization for our most recent PropTech investment. This role is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, driving predictable growth, and building a sales engine that supports the next stage of expansion. The ideal candidate has proven success in both direct and channel sales and a strong understanding of the PropTech and Multifamily markets, including key workflows and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success leading both Direct and Channel Sales teams
- Deep channel expertise with experience driving revenue through partner-led motions
- Highly metrics-driven operator with strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and sales process discipline
- Strategic GTM builder with experience designing and scaling sales organizations
- Strong understanding of Multifamily and PropTech markets, workflows, buyer personas, and ecosystem partners
- Experience managing high-velocity mid-market sales cycles
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Preference for New York–based leaders
