Qualifications:
You are a board-certified Pediatrician who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.
-Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
-Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
-Possesses cultural humility and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
-Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
-Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
-Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
-Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred
