We're a veteran-owned lift, leveling, wheel and tire shop in Argyle serving North Texas. There isn't a suspension system built that our technicians can't install — Ford, Ram, GM, Toyota, Jeep, leveling kit to long-travel. We also service all four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive trucks, SUVs and Jeeps, and run fleet tire service for local businesses. Our customers trust us with the truck they worked hard for. We treat it that way.
We're hiring a full-time 4x4 Lift, Tire & Wheel Technician who takes pride in doing it right the first time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, shocks and complete suspension systems on trucks, SUVs and Jeeps, up to 1-ton duallys
- Mount, balance and install tires and wheels — including high-end forged and custom wheels where one scratch is a four-figure problem. You handle them like they're your own
- TPMS service, tire rotations, flat repair and fleet tire work
- Front-end, steering and driveline work: ball joints, tie rods, hubs, U-joints, driveshafts
- Diagnose and fix lifted-truck problems: death wobble, tracking, steering and ride issues
- Install bumpers, lighting, running boards, bed covers and accessories
- Torque to spec, re-check your work, and road-test before the truck goes home
- Keep a clean, organized bay and document every job
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience installing lifts/suspension and doing tire and wheel work
- Comfortable on a tire machine and balancer with large-diameter and custom wheels — zero-damage mindset
- Your own hand tools
- Attention to detail: torque specs, alignment-ready installs, no shortcuts
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certifications a plus, not required
- Reliable, honest, and a team player
PAY & BENEFITS
- $20–$34/hr based on experience and skill
- Flat-rate pay available for experienced techs
