Parts Sales Representative

The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to customers and maintaining parts inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Sales Representative for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:

• Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets
• Provide customers with information and solutions related to parts pricing and availability
• Manage key customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner
• Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
• Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous related parts work experience is strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously
• Valid driver’s license

The base pay range for this role is: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Austin, Texas.
