We are looking for a skilled, upbeat, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time in Plano. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is professional, motivated, team-oriented, and looking for a long-term dental home where they can grow and thrive.

While 4–5 years of experience is preferred, we are open to training the right person—someone with a strong work ethic, a great personality, and a genuine love for dentistry who is ready to find the right office to truly flourish.
Compensation & Benefits
$24–$30/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit, plus bonus opportunities, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Monday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Active RDA license in the state of Texas
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Experience with Dentrix, iTero, or other digital scanners is a plus
- Comfort discussing treatment and helping support case presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep a clean, organized workspace
- CPR/BLS/N2O certification preferred
- A true team player with a positive attitude
