Experienced Residential Service Technicians

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other Service Technicians.
Work Hours: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday, on-call rotation
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour depending on experience Spiffs / Commission Based Program Available! We offer a performance pay package or an hourly rate option.
Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Required qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3 years of HVAC residential field experience
- Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School - preferred
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- NATE Certified - preferred
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve HVAC issues.
- Possess own tools
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
