What You'll Do:
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company and code standards.
- Deliver clean, professional installations that create happy customers.
- Supervise and guide other installers to ensure quality workmanship and on-time completion.
- Maintain exceptional safety standards on every job.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weeknights and weekends may be required)
Shop Location: Castroville, TX
Compensation & Benefits:

What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation practices
- Excellent knowledge of tools, testing equipment, and job-site safety
- General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
