Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Journeyman Plumber / Sales role located in Bastrop, TX, working as a 1099 commission contractor primarily focused on water filtration systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs and maintenance, installing and servicing water filtration systems, and ensuring work complies with local codes and standards. The role involves meeting with residential and commercial customers, explaining system options, providing estimates, and closing sales of water filtration and related plumbing services. The Journeyman Plumber / Sales professional will maintain clear documentation of work performed, coordinate with the office on scheduling and inventory needs, and represent LoneSprings with a professional, customer-centered attitude.

Commission is a high ticket commission and will be very worth it. unlimited potential. starting at 40% of sales minus materials and expenses. seeking entrenual type spirit. maybe transering to RMP role in the future of the business.

Qualifications

• need to have own tools and van
• Strong plumbing skills with hands-on experience in general Plumbing, pipe installation, and pipe repair.
• Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks, including troubleshooting, routine Maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and support customers through sales and service.
• Current Journeyman plumber license in Texas or equivalent credentials, with knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Experience or interest in sales of water filtration systems or related plumbing products, including estimating and closing jobs on commission.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work on-site across Bastrop and the Central Texas area.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergency calls or customer appointments as needed.
