We are hiring a full-time Canvasser to join LoneSprings Plumbing's onsite team in Bastrop, TX. As a Canvasser, you will distribute door hangers in designated neighborhoods, engage with residents, provide information about our plumbing services, and assist in lead generation. Your role will also involve answering general inquiries, building positive customer interactions, and supporting community outreach efforts to grow the brand's visibility and customer base.

• Experience in Canvassing and engaging with residents in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to clearly convey information
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and represent the company positively
• Willingness and ability to learn through on-the-job Training and adapt to company outreach strategies
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Bastrop, TX, and surrounding areas is a plus
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
