Heavy Equipment Operator (CDL)

Lonesome Dove Concrete Pumping is currently hiring pump operators to be part of our team in our Flathead location. We are interested in bringing on experienced operators, or training the right individual.

Lonesome Dove is an established material placement company, running an expanding fleet of modern Putzmeister concrete boom pumps and equipment. Ranging from 28m up to 58m pumps, Line pumps, a TB130 Telebelt, and Gravel Shooters. On an expanding and changing marketplace, we service both residential and commercial projects.

Job schedules vary day to day, requiring flexibility, with contributing factors such as season, weather, and workload. Most days beginning early and ending late afternoon, usually no less than 5 working hours. Work days are Monday-Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Operators are expected to be good representatives of the company. Must have the ability to be professional with customers in a responsible manner, operate concrete pumps and equipment safely, and drive to and from the job site. Equipment is kept clean and in good operating condition.

Starting pay depends on experience and/or aptitude at 28.00 to 32.00 per hour. Benefits include: Paid Health Insurance (90/10), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k, Matching 401k, Retirement Plans, Paid Vacation after 1 year, Bonus and Pay increases for exceeding performance, and expectations are all available.

Job Requirements

• CDL
• A current valid Medical Card
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be Flexible
• Have a Good Attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Lift, carry and maneuver materials/objects weighing 50-100 pounds
• Climb up/down ladders
• Have responsibility for equipment and paperwork
