What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on functional outcomes and independence
Supervise and mentor COTAs and therapy students
Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Support safe and successful discharges through caregiver education and discharge planning
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Commitment to resident-centered care and positive outcomes
