What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Class Sponsor position at Lone Tree MS/HS?
Qualifications: Competence in directing assigned class sponsored duties.
Overall Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise all class meetings and activities.
- Supervise all fundraising projects once cleared by the Secondary Principal.
- Ensures positive fund balances for their classes.
Senior Class Sponsor Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Concession Stand for school events (responsible for at least one concession stand for fundraising purposes)
- Organize the end of year event for seniors.
- Organize the graduation ceremony with guidance from the Secondary Principal.
- Organize caps and gowns for seniors.
- Organize motto, class picture, and ceremony.
Terms of Employment: Compensation and duration of the duties to be established by the Board.
Assessment: This job description serves a general guideline for our sponsors. This serves as an evaluation template for the sponsor. The Secondary Principal will be involved in the evaluation of each sponsor.
