Pioneer Park Assisted Living is seeking a Nursing Assistant/ Universal Worker for our Assisted Living and Memory Care!
Lone Tree Health Care Center/Pioneer Park is a family-oriented retirement community that provides a continuum of care. Pioneer Park is in the small rural town of Lone Tree, Iowa. Established in 1974 the facility is community owned and supervised by a local board of directors.
Hours:
- 2p-10p
- Every other Weekend
- Holidays paid at double time

Requirements:
- Long Term Care/ Assisted Living Experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Able to demonstrate communication effectively and respectfully with the patient, the patient's family, nursing coordinator and other members of the healthcare team within their scope of practice.
- Delivers safe, dependable, and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process.
- Document provided cares appropriately and accurately.
