Job Title: Flatbed Company Driver

Job Description: As an Open Deck Company Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods using various trailers across designated routes. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, timely deliveries, and proper load securement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate open deck trucks to transport goods to various destinations.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 22 years.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years.
• 6mo verifiable flatbed experience
• No more than 3 non-serious moving violations in the past 36 months.
• No DUI within the past 5 years (only one in a lifetime, and none in a CMV).

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Drivers are paid for both empty and loaded miles, ranging CPM to Salary (depending on qualifications)
• Pay Range: $50,000-$130,000 (depending on level and experience)
• Guaranteed Pay:$1,050 Weekly minimum guaranteed when available for dispatch.
• FULLY PAID ORIENTATION: $1,200 orientation pay upon completion of orientation and first dispatch, all meals, travel and lodging covered as well
• Additional Pay: Tarp pay, quarterly bonuses, clean inspection bonuses and more.

Wage Range: 55000.00 - 130000.00 per year
