What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation position at Lone Star Legal?
Are you the kind of lawyer who takes ownership of your work, embraces challenges, and genuinely cares about helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives? Do you thrive on growth, responsibility, and meaningful work—not just going through the motions or watching the clock?
If you are self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to become an exceptional trial lawyer, Lone Star Legal may be exactly where you belong.
We are a growing personal injury law firm in Georgetown dedicated to helping injured Texans find justice. We are seeking an associate attorney (0–5 years) who is hardworking, resourceful, and eager to learn—someone who wants real responsibility, meaningful mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile for clients when it matters most and who takes pride in doing excellent work as part of a strong team. This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work and is committed to doing what needs to be done for the client and the team.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to become an outstanding trial lawyer and is willing to work hard to get there.

- Are self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Take initiative and solve problems without needing constant direction
