Position Overview
Beachside Golf Cars is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in golf cart or automotive sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.As a Sales Rep, you'll handle a mix of high-quality company-provided leads and self-generated prospects, guiding customers through every step of the buying journey—from first inquiry to final delivery. This role blends in-person sales, digital communication, and hands-on product showcasing to help customers find the perfect ride.Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads generated from our marketing efforts.
- Proactively generate new opportunities via Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and local community forums.
- Create and manage product listings to boost visibility and attract new buyers.
- Conduct in-showroom walkarounds and presentations that highlight product features and customization options.
- Lead customers through the full sales process, including consultations, financing, documentation, and post-sale support.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure showroom organization and vehicle presentation meet company standards.
- Accurately track all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in golf carts, automotive, powersports, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate and convert your own leads—especially via social platforms and classified listings.
- Strong communication and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
