Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to help with the day-to-day production of 3D printed cosplay props, armor, and accessories.
This is a hands-on position in a small production workshop. No prior 3D printing experience is required, but you should be comfortable working with your hands, following instructions, and performing repetitive production tasks accurately.
Training will be provided.
Duties
- Remove completed 3D prints from printers and prepare printers for the next job.
- Clean and inspect printed parts for basic quality issues.
- Remove supports and perform basic cleanup of 3D printed parts.
- Assist with assembling, gluing, and preparing cosplay props and armor pieces.
- Organize printed parts and keep production orders separated and labeled.
- Package completed products safely for shipping.
- Keep the workspace, tools, and production areas clean and organized.
- Refill filament and assist with basic 3D printer maintenance as needed.
- Follow production instructions and checklists to ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Help with other general production and fulfillment tasks as needed.
Experience / Qualifications
- No previous 3D printing experience required.
- Experience with 3D printing, crafting, model making, manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working independently after training.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on tasks.
- Basic ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and materials when necessary.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Schedule
- Approximately 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday.
- Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
