POSITION TITLE:
Sales Representative
REPORTS TO:
Vice President of Sales
SUMMARY
Lone Star Container is looking for a new business oriented sales person to be based out of our Irving, Texas plant to develop new accounts and grow existing customers in the corrugated packaging markets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop new business opportunities though lead generation and follow up
· Manage and track opportunities through use CRM and lead generation technologies
· Maintain and grow business within assigned existing customers through relationship building and exemplary customer service
· Work with personnel in each department to ensure smooth flow of orders through all plant operations
· Comply with all company safety and employment policies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
· Three to five years outside selling experience, 1 years in corrugated packaging a huge plus
· Teachable and capable of quickly getting up to speed on high end graphic printing for corrugated packaging
· Record of success in setting and meeting sales objectives, especially in new account devlopement
· Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
· Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, et al
· Self-starting requiring little supervision, strong work ethic
· Always being a team player
