Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Braunfels, TX, for a Residential Appraiser. The Residential Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, evaluating residential real estate, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and determining property values. The role involves working closely with clients and maintaining accurate records of all appraisals performed.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Residential Real Estate skills
- Experience in Appraisal and Valuation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas
- Certification in Real Estate Appraisal or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in appraisal software and technology tools
