Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls, and paging, when necessary
- Greet visitors
- Scan documents for Accounting & Customer Services
- Data Entry – preparing batches of scanned files
- Everyday filing and copying
- Sort and distribute mail and faxes
- Responsible for keeping break room area clean
- Responsible for maintaining all printers, copy and fax machines
- Responsible for maintaining the company vehicle records
- Serving as a utility person to others to assist with their workload
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Assist the CEO and COO’s as needed
- 2-3 years receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- Excellent phone demeanor
- High School Diploma or GED, or on the job training may substitute as equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Be service oriented and be understanding of the customer’s frustration
- Familiarity with scanning for a paperless environment is a plus
- Possess a positive attitude and can function well in a group environment
- Professional demeanor and dress are a must
- Willingness to learn in both organized classrooms and through independent study
- Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and applicable laws
