Kennel Attendant **1 Yr Professional exp req

We are a busy, small, family owned Dog Boarding and Daycare facility seeking experienced, serious and reliable applicants to join our small team.

At Lone Pine, we have a "dog first" mentality that we instill in our staff and make clear to our clients. In doing so, we do our best to treat every dog as our own and make our facility a "home away from home"- a safe space- for dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. We are a smaller kennel with outdoor yards only so employees are expected to be able to handle themselves in and dress appropriately for all weather conditions and be able to stay on their feet for most of the day. This is a fast paced position in which we move in tight quarters. Due to our small size, we do not have designated duties for specific employees, everyone at Lone Pine works as a team together to complete all tasks that need to be done, such as cleaning, feeding and watching groups outside.

POSITION INFORMATION: We are looking to hire for (2) Full time and (1) Part time positions.

- Full timers work four 9-10 hour shifts per week.

- Part-timers work 2-3 days per week.

Employees are expected to get in at 6:50am to start their shift at 7am.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:

• Must have their OWN car. No public transportation is available in the area.
• Be experienced working with, caring for, cleaning up after Dogs and be experienced in monitoring dog playgroups and behavior.
• Be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Be reliable, hard working and conscientious. Be able to stay on your feet for long hours and automatically help others in completing tasks without being asked.
• Office experience not required but desireable.
• Candidates must be able to work starting 7am- 6pm. Weekend days are required as well as regularly scheduled holiday days.
