**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our business runs smoothly by managing resources, staff, and processes effectively.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
2. Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
3. Manage staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.
5. Oversee budget planning and resource allocation.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
6. Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Certification in Operations Management or similar field.
3. Experience in a leadership role within the operations department.
